M-CAT Promotional Services

Monthly Trade-Specific Program

Each participating business gets one professional ad creation by M-CAT and shared to your desired FB pages/geographic areas once each month AND we will also “plug” your business daily when your service is requested by the community at large in the local FB pages we follow.

We follow 450+ FB pages- from local community pages, business pages, Mom pages etc. We can tag a personal FB page if you so desire to be notified of this plug. M-CAT then pledges to only plug your specific business when referring to your specific business type (i.e. if you are a pest control company, we would only plug your company when the community requests that specific service). For the initial signing of this service, we will invoice/bill you for your first 3 months. After that you are billed month by month via invoice.

This service keeps you visual & active within the community when they may need your specific service.

Welcome Neighbor Packets

These packets are given to new residents of new-build communities north of the river at time of contract or at closing of their new home. We partner with Manatee County Women's Council of Realtors and offer this service to resales in the area also if the realtor of choice reaches out to us.

The packet includes: a community specific letter welcoming the new family to that community and to our local area, a hurricane resource guide provided by Manatee County Office of Emergency Services, Directory of all Businesses/Services and any business media & restaurant menus. We offer non-profit providers & religious establishments in our local community a listing at no charge for their organization.

The packet program participation is offered in two discounted subscription plans - 6 months and 12 months. M-CAT now offers each participating business an opportunity to have a link to their webpage entailing all their services and promotions available vs supplying us with 300+ pieces of media a month. If you prefer putting your business-specific media in the packets we need your media by the first week of the month. The packets are given out on or around the 15th of each month to each community's sales office for hand delivery to each new resident at contract or closing time.

Promotional Pushes

This service is intended to push and highlight special events, promotions, open houses, happy hours etc. If YOUR business provides the media to share on the local FB pages (we follow 450+ pages) it is two shares/pushes on your desired pages/geographic areas. This sharing is NOT to be confused with Facebook "Sponsored Ads". The FB Sponsored Ads will only appear on a person's FB page if they have already been looking for that type of service/product/topic. With our sharing/push, if the person is a member of these specific FB groups they will definitely see your ad and no algorithm is dictated for this to occur.

In-Person Meet & Mingles in the Community

M-CAT will be coordinating events whereby our client-only businesses can meet community residents, existing and new residents to the area. Details and pricing TBA for each event that is offered.

Promotional SAVINGS CARD

We will be partnering up and offering each client the opportunity to run specific promotions, sales etc. The card will have a QR code and you could change your offerings as you choose though the portal. This card will also be included in the Welcome Neighbor Packets and if you are a brick n mortar business location you can have the option to distribute them at your location to existing local residents that patronize your establishment. There will be a nominal fee associated with these outside sales and the proceeds will be donated to a local non-profit organization. This local organization will change periodically.

Special Events

M-CAT can help coordinate an in-house event to help support a Grand Opening Celebration, “Happy Hour”, new launch of a new line of products at your brick and mortar location, realtor events etc. These events help drive customer base after the events and bring in new clients.
